Why the Flat Fee?
Research and feedback from sellers tells us that they want to know exactly what the agent's fee will be in advance. We also believe in a more transparent and fair fee for our clients.
In response to feedback we have received from people selling their property we now offer a fixed sales commission fee of $5,990 including GST for selling residential properties under $500,000; a fixed fee of $6,990 including GST for any residential properties sold between $500,000 to $800,000; and for any properties sold for over $800,000, our fixed fee is $8,990 including GST.
